Here at KicksOneTwo, we pride ourselves on always putting you, our loyal readers, on game. About 2 1/2 months ago, we published an article entitled “The Come Up”, in which we gave you 3 brands to check out for fall. Today, we’re back again with 3 more brands that you should peep ASAP if you want to stay ahead of the curve. They’re some of our favorites … and they’re bound to become some of yours too. Let’s get right to it.
If you were a Peas and Carrots fan before they disbanded, then you already know that Anwar Carrots makes dope clothes. Carrots By Anwar presents streetwear heavily influenced by Fairfax culture, and the loud, colorful designs are sure to turn heads. They recently collaborated with XLARGE, and likely have more dope collaborations in the chamber.
A New York skate brand with clever graphics (remind you of any other brands you know?), Bronze 56k is definitely on the come up. Their unique, lo-fi inspired style, old-school computer-style logo graphics and cheeky attitude make for one of the more interesting brands on the market today.
Babylon
Created in part by Lee Spielman of Trash Talk fame, Babylon is another skate brand that has found a place in streetwear. Fresh off a great collab with Off-White (pictured above) entitled “I Quit”, Babylon’s classic logo and surprisingly high-quality tees (one of the nicest blanks you’ll see from a brand that charges under $50 for a shirt) make for a brand you can easily work into your rotation.
What brand on the come up are you rocking with the most right now? Are you planning on putting any of these brands in your clothing rotation? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter, check our Facebook page for daily updates, and, as always, be sure to follow us on Instagram for all the fire sneaker pictures you can handle.
